Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Parts that have been installed or used.
  • Special or custom orders.
  • Electrical components or parts that are unsealed or opened.
  • Parts that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ingeniousparts.co.za to report the issue.
  • We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to verify the condition of the item.
  • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including any necessary shipping labels or documentation.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate, in accordance with Section 5 below.

 

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within [number of days] days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

International Returns
